Tuition Schedule & Policies
At CCNS, we strive to make our tuition process as clear and predictable as possible for families. For the 2026–2027 school year, tuition is traditionally collected in three installments following a $500 enrollment deposit. The deposit is due upon contract signing and secures your child’s place in our program.
Tuition installments are due on March 1, June 1, and October 1. This schedule is designed to spread payments evenly across the year and to support the financial planning needs of the school. Custom payment plans are available to all families at anytime throughout the school year.
The deposit and the first tuition installment are non-refundable. If a child is withdrawn from enrollment after June 1, families remain responsible for the full installment, unless the child’s place is filled by another student before the school year begins. Any hardship withdrawals must be reviewed and approved by the CCNS Board of Directors.
Because each child’s spot represents a commitment of resources and staffing, we are unable to offer reimbursement for absences due to illness or other personal reasons.
