A new enrichment session begins February 3rd.
The programs will be six sessions beginning the week of February 3rd. There will not be classes the weeks of February 17th and February 24th due to Winter Break and Conferences, respectively. Classes include time for lunch and the offered program. Pick up is at 1:30pm. Registration runs now through January 29th. Check out what we are offering this session.
Science with Mad Science
Mad Science preschool programs are engaging hands-on learning experiences for children aged 3-5. Each workshop is an interactive, age appropriate exploration of a specific science topic. Each themed program is designed to captivate the curious nature of young children. Preschoolers enjoy engaging demonstrations, perform simple experiments and will discover how science can help us better understand the world around us! Class is limited to 12 children.

Lunch & Play with CCNS Staff
Children enjoy lunch along with additional playtime in the classroom and on the playground. Depending of the interests of the children, the class will include songs, stories and other activities. This is a great introduction for a child to a longer school day.
WHEN: 2/4, 2/11, 3/3, 3/10, 3/17 & 3/24 (Tuesdays) and 2/6, 2/13, 3/5, 3/12, 3/19 & 3/26 (Thursdays)
COST: $90/session/day of the week
Animals with Critter Caravan
Come join Critter Caravan as the children explore this very hands-on animal adventure. Each week Critter Caravan will feature two or three animals from around the world. The children will learn about their environments, feed some of them, but mostly they touch them to enhance their sensory experience. The class will explore animals from the softest chinchillas and rabbits, to the pokiest hedgehog, with lizards, snakes and bugs in between. Class is limited to 12 children.

Cooking with Pink Rhubarb
The Pink Rhubarb provides workshops, after school programs and camps for children in gardening, cooking and creative work with natural crafts. We share growing food from seed to soil, developing healthy eating habits and discover food’s connection to nature. In this class, the children will be involved in project based learning that helps to develop fine motor skills, while supporting their curiosity and creativity in the kitchen, with their hands and at the table. This six week session will explore how to use dried herbs, make falafels and learn about quick sauces and much more. Class is limited to 10 children.
